How to Apply for the
Master of Professional Studies
To apply for the MPS in
Community and Economic Development you will need to complete the online
application form here:

The information you will
need to provide includes
A statement of purpose that includes your background and interests, why you
are interested in the MPS in CEDEV and your goals in taking the
program
Three (3) letters of
recommendation from persons familiar with your professional, educational or
volunteer activities
GRE scores
will be considered if submitted or TOEFL scores, if applicable
Official transcripts from your
undergraduate degree and/or other graduate coursework (mail to CEDEV Graduate

Deadlines
Although we will accept and review applications for
the MPS throughout the year the following guidelines are provided.
How to Apply for the
Postbaccalaureate Certificate
NOTE: There is a $30
application fee for the Postbaccalaureate Certificate. The application process
is a two (2) step process. The first step is completing the World Campus
application and the second step is completing the Penn State Graduate
School Application.
We accept and applications for
the Postbaccalaureate Certificate throughout the year. There are no application
deadlines for the Postbaccalaureate Certificate.
